The TCR Group, headquartered in Brussels, is the leading provider of turnkey solutions in the field of total GSE management. The Group is active since 1999 in providing Ground Support Equipment Maintenance, Rental, and Fleet Management to Ground Handlers, Airlines, and Airports. The GSE term encompasses all equipment used in aviation ground operations, such as; push-back tractors, loaders, tractors, belt loaders, catering trucks, ground power units and air starter units, tow-bars, trailers-dollies, baggage carts, and other general equipment in an airport.  

Operating across six airports in Australia, this role will be involved in the day to day support of operational processes and reporting, as well as coordinating and being heavily involved in multiple projects including; telematics and asset management, new project management, delivery and commissioning of GSE equipment, refurbishment programs, reporting development, and training programs.

Job Description:

Operating across six airports in Australia, this role will be involved in the day to day support of operational processes and reporting, as well as coordinating and being heavily involved in multiple projects including; telematics and asset management, new project management, delivery and commissioning of GSE equipment, refurbishment programs, reporting development, and training programs.

Specific Tasks

  • Collating and sharing information with internal teams (Finance, Purchasing, HR, BD etc)
  • Logistics administration - Support with Internal movements of assets, both domestic and Internationally
  • Systems Support - Monitor and update data, run report, review and update spreadsheets, data validation. 
  • Tracking and reporting on processes such as CAPEX applications, SCRAPEX with local and international teams
  • Assisting the team to build presentations and training documentation, develop templates, forms and when required take minutes for safety committee meetings. 

Skills and experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous dealership experience would be highly regarded
  • Strong keyboarding skills and a eye for detail
  • The ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • A great attitude and team-player approach
