SAP Key User Operations

ABOUT THE JOB

This is an exciting time for our company! There is a lot of work to get done as the company scales. We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader. As one of our major transformation projects, we are implementing a new mobile-based and paperless ERP System in the form of SAP S4 Hana.

After an immense effort to develop a system that fits the complex and ever-changing needs of our business and pilot implementation in Belgium, we are standing in front of the next challenge: scaling our capacity in training the users and rolling out the solution globally in all our operating entities. For the day-to-day support to entities switching to SAP and further development and related testing of SAP, we are looking for a colleague who will act as the SAP Operations Key User. 

WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT

  • Day-to-day follow-up entities issues (tickets from service now)
  • Follow up of the iDocs (blocked transaction between FSM & SAP, due to the wrong manipulation, technical issues, not robust development/upgrade,…) and analysis of the issue, determine the action, escalate & follow up
  • Follow-up, testing, and documentation of the development to be done 
  • Create & manage training material
  • Manage/test/elaborate proof of concept of all improvement requests 
  • Key user/SPOC for technical issue/questions from the entities
  • Close collaboration with the transformation team and local key users
  • Support the Operations Process Manager in the communication of changes/updates & train local key users/transformation team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experience in an operational environment (Production, Repair & Maintenance) is a plus
  • Has strong conceptual thinking, strong logical thinking, process-minded, system affinity
  • Hands-on mentality 
  • Experience with SAP MM, SD, FI, CO, PM, or CS  is a big plus
  • Has excellent Excel skills
  • Is fluent in English – both spoken and written. Spanish, French, German, Italian and any other TCR group spoken language is a plus.
