Support Engineer L2 (Business Applications)

Belgium > Headquarters Zaventem

You will be supporting our business by being responsible for:

  • Participating to the IT Service Desk second line, internal and on site
    • In-depth analysis
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve incidents and manage change requests
    • Interact with third party suppliers when required
  • Identifying and resolving technical problems, network infrastructure, configure and administer IT related hardware/software problems to meet users’ expectations within a stipulated time
  • Monitoring and ensuring efficient and smooth running of day to day operation with minimum downtime, within acceptable benchmark covering IT hardware and software, Application System, Database and Network infrastructure
  • Installing and configuring computer systems and applications within the company following group procedures
  • Sharing knowledge by creating and maintaining technical documentation and end user step by step manuals


  • Has at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Has at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field with an international company
  • Is pragmatic and customer oriented and stress resistant
  • Is open to learn with an analytical mindset
  • Communicates effectively with international colleagues
  • Is fluent in English – oral and written, knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset

  • MS O365 Sharepoint Intranet, Extranet (Customer/Vendor)
  • MS Hybrid Data & Analytics platform (SQL,SSIS,SSRS,SSAS,SSMDS-Azure SQL ,Data lake, Databricks, PowerBI)
  • MS Integration platform (Logic Apps, API mgmt, Event Grid, ...)
  • Azure DevOps
  • ServiceNow
