Support Engineer L3 (Infrastructure)

WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT
You will be supporting our business by being responsible for:

  • Participating to the IT Service Desk third line, internal and on site
    • Provide expert support for complex incidents and changes
    • Interact with third party suppliers when required
    • Root cause analysis
  • Change impact assessments and approvals (CAB)
  • Sharing knowledge by coaching L1 & L2 teams
  • Verifying an approving technical documentation
  • Defining improvements and interacting with the delivery teams

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Has at least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field with an international company
  • Is pragmatic and customer oriented and stress resistant
  • Is open to learn with an analytical mindset
  • Communicates effectively with international colleagues
  • Is fluent in English – oral and written, knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset

  • Modern hybrid cloud IT infrastructure based built on Microsoft technologies(On premise and Azure)
  • Microsoft 365 platform (Windows, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, Intune, ... )
  • Azure (Compute, Identity, Network, Security, Storage, Web, Database, Integration, ..)
  • Powershell
  • Citrix Cloud - XenApp, XenDesktop
  • Checkpont/Fortinet security layers
  • Multisite MPLS/SDWAN/IPVPN network connectivity
  • HP/HPE Hardware (Clients, Server, Storage, Network)
  • ServiceNow ITSM
